The LB4-60A is a high-precision, intelligent high-voltage bridge designed to pre-locate cable faults. Unlike conventional TDR-based systems, it shows fault distances directly, requiring no waveform interpretation. It’s ideal for high-resistive and complex fault scenarios such as subsea or long cables. A burning function of up to 60kV enables the transition of high-resistive faults to low-resistive ones for easier identification. Its smart analysis automatically detects fault types and guides users to appropriate testing methods.
Applications:
Pre-location of difficult cable faults
High-resistive fault burning and location
Cable sheath fault identification
Long-distance cable diagnostics
Use where TDR and ARM technologies are ineffective
