The portable high voltage devices PGK 80 for generation of negative high voltage up to 80 kV are designed for at-site testing of paper-insulated mass-impregnated cables in medium voltage networks. A high-voltage transformer and a voltage multiplier generate high voltage. Thanks to an internal operating frequency of 20 kHz small dimensions are possible. Packaged in a handy carrying case with handles and a carrying strap, the PGK units are portable and well-equipped for field applications.   Features:
